These handcrafted tahini shortbread cookies are made by acclaimed pastry chef, Laurie Ellen Pellicano, in her Brooklyn kitchen. They have a delicate, melt in your mouth texture, and are flavored with dried strawberries, Burlap & Barrel's sumac, Heilala's vanilla and our organic tahini.
Each tin contains 20-24 cookies: Half Sumac & Strawberry Tahini Shortbread and Half Black & White Sesame Tahini Shortbread.
