Don’t throw it out! Those last drops are perfect for a dreamy salad dressing.Just add some brine of your choice (eg pickle juice, olive or caper brine!) and give the bottle a vigorous shake until smooth and creamy. Your ratio should be about 1 part tahini to 2 parts brine.
